It was so easy to schedule an appointment via text! I had a previous services done in the Fall (2024) and the next priority was to repair/fix the vibration of the van whenever I hit the brakes. Well, they recommended a repair on the front brakes and I have to admit I didn't think it could be fixed, but their repairs/new parts totally resolved the problem and the price was acceptable. This shop is within walking distance, and they are terrific at customer service, professionalism and experience. We've had 3 different issues with our 2 vehicle in the last 6-months, and they've satisfactorily resolved them. You won't be disappointed!

Hands down, great customer service! The alternator (which I found out from Village) decided to kaput while I was driving. I had my car towed to Village for diagnostics. Prior to bringing in my car, I had chatted in with ease to ask about scheduling, price etc. The customer service was outstanding, they did not belittle me for not know what was wrong with my car. In my experience, with other mechanics, they treat you like you should know what the heck is wrong! Not Village.... I would definitely recommend Village to our Edmonds community and anyone outside the Edmonds community! Thank you Village for getting me back on the road!

Experienced, professional technicians who perform quality work and thorough inspections. I brought in my 2010 Corolla for a much needed transmission fluid change. They performed and charged me for two fluid changes to insure it ran clean afterward. During the very thorough and transparent inspection (they give you a digital full report with pictures and video), they also noticed my brake pads getting low and recommended getting the pads and rotors done while I was there, adding what would be another $700-800. I opted to do that at home myself, but am grateful they caught it. However, I say my tran fluid change was much needed because I had been trying to get an appointment here for about a Year to do it. When you make an appointment through their website, you get a notice that you'll get a confirmation email in the coming month. I've done this 4 times, and was ghosted every time. I tried calling, and was told there was no availability. I had to come in person and make an appointment face to face. I'm guessing they're just consistently fully booked, as that was also vibe I got while I was there - that I should be lucky they're giving me and my car the time of day. Again, they do good work. But I'll be looking elsewhere for my maintenance.
