I had bought a 2006 sprinter that has 380k miles and a dashboard more lit up than a Christmas Tree that needed a good top to bottom inspection and repairs. The bill was expensive but it was expected for a ~20 year old car with that kind of mileage and issues. The team there was excellent about calling me and giving me updates on what they found, what needed to be fixed and worked with me to help keep the costs down. Their inspection report is great. Pictures, descriptions of issues, and why it is important to get if fixed. Now the sprinter drives like a dream and I can confidently drive it along the coast and through mountain passes. Highly recommend them and will be returning with my other car to get fixed up.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We really appreciate you trusting us with a vehicle that has that kind of age, mileage, and complexity. Older, high-mileage vehicles like your Sprinter can absolutely come with surprises, so we’re glad our team was able to keep you informed, explain the findings clearly, and work with you to prioritize repairs and manage costs realistically. It means a lot to hear that the inspection report, communication, and transparency made a difference—and even more that your Sprinter is now driving confidently on long coastal trips and mountain passes. That’s exactly the outcome we aim for. We truly appreciate the recommendation and look forward to taking care of your other vehicle when you’re ready.
