Our vehicle arrived at Village via tow from another mechanic that broke a bolt during a routine repair and could not resolve the issue. While that was a drama the positive outcome was getting to Village following a recommendation from a colleague. With brilliant customer service, unmatched technical competence and outstanding communications we found our new go to team. Village Transmission & Auto Clinic did a thorough inspection top to bottom of my 4runner. They then made their maintenance/repair recommendations in a text/email for me to decide on which steps to take next. They did not pressure me on what they thought should be done, they make simple recommendations. It's good to find a shop you can work with.

Brought my truck in for a faint noise, they were unable to hear what I could (understandably, it was so subtle and it being my vehicle so I know how it normally sounds). 2 weeks later the noise got worse and they got me in the next day, pin pointed the problem and repaired it that same day without even charging me a second inspection fee. Price was good. They didn't try to upsell or tell me to get stuff done that I didn't need. Truck runs great, noise is gone, and I'll be bringing my truck back there in the future.

This is the hidden gem of Edmonds. Brian and the team at Village are the best!!!! They are trustworthy and responsive and answer all my questions.

I was sent here from discount tire to get something fixed & I really appreciated how thorough they were with my car. Explained everything really well and will be back for a few other fixes! Great place & really trust everyone here.
