Experienced, professional technicians who perform quality work and thorough inspections. I brought in my 2010 Corolla for a much needed transmission fluid change. They performed and charged me for two fluid changes to insure it ran clean afterward. During the very thorough and transparent inspection (they give you a digital full report with pictures and video), they also noticed my brake pads getting low and recommended getting the pads and rotors done while I was there, adding what would be another $700-800. I opted to do that at home myself, but am grateful they caught it. However, I say my tran fluid change was much needed because I had been trying to get an appointment here for about a Year to do it. When you make an appointment through their website, you get a notice that you'll get a confirmation email in the coming month. I've done this 4 times, and was ghosted every time. I tried calling, and was told there was no availability. I had to come in person and make an appointment face to face. I'm guessing they're just consistently fully booked, as that was also vibe I got while I was there - that I should be lucky they're giving me and my car the time of day. Again, they do good work. But I'll be looking elsewhere for my maintenance.
