Had a major job done recently (AC) that I was nervous about. (should have known better) It involved removal of seats, center console, side air bag covers and whole dash. Everything clean up to the firewall. A whole day affair that was done with time to spare. I was informed mid day as to the progress (one of the things I love about Village is being well informed) and sent pictures. Wow! Pleased as always with the result. There was one little hitch in that my heater did not work. When informed of the issue I was seen right away and stuck around as I did not think it would be a big problem. It turned out to be what I though, which was some air in the line (baby needed burped). Fast, smooth and efficient as always. Felt like my vehicle was of prime importance, which is the feeling I get whenever I go in for any service.

These guys are honest and do good work. I came in with a warranty on a few issues and they dug in deeply and identified that there weren’t really any issues. Didn’t overcharge for anything, we’re great communicators and very prompt. Given past experience with other auto shops locally, These guys are clearly in their own category. I will only go here from now on.

These guys are the absolute best. SUPER professional in terms of timeliness and scheduling. Really smart and CARE about diagnosing the car correctly, not just putting a bandaid on it. They have helped me reveal issues with my Hyundai Veloster that other mechanics completely overlooked. They are so fast, my car is almost always diagnosed and fixed before the end of the day, Brian is a super kind guy who runs the show. Can't recomend them enough, I've brought my car here for work for several years and can't imagine taking my business anywhere else! Thanks guys!

My car’s clutch failed dramatically on I-405 on a Sunday evening. I did not know any transmission shops, but was given the name of Village transmission and auto. My insurance company towed the car to the shop. The next morning, Village did an assessment of it. In the meantime, I spoke With the dealer that had sold me the car. They decided to tow the car to Burlington and have it fixed by a company that they commonly work with. Since the dealer was willing to take responsibility for the clutch, theyonly service I received from Village was the assessment, which was very thorough. And they accepted the car that had been left at their location the night before, on a Sunday when I could not reach anyone. They were very courteous and helpful.

Highly recommend Village Transmission & Auto Clinic. I’ve brought my Hyundai Elantra here twice for frustrating, hard-to-diagnose issues. The first time, my car was shutting off while driving—three other mechanics couldn’t figure it out, but they diagnosed and fixed it with no issues since. The second time, my car wouldn’t start even after a new battery and multiple jump attempts. After towing it in, it (of course) started right up—but they still took the time to check it out and didn’t charge me anything. Honest, knowledgeable, and fair. Hard to find shops like this.
